If selected, we’ll reply to confirm the shipping address you intend to use.
After you confirm your address, we’ll send a one-time checkout code that makes your 8 cosmetics free (product cost only) in your cart.
Codes are non-transferable, have one-time use, and expire in 7 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
If an item is unavailable, we may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping and handling (all shipments).
Taxes, import/customs duties, brokerage fees, and any governmental or carrier charges.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/fees or incorrect address, you’re responsible for any re-shipment costs.
To keep your spot, you agree to submit authentic user content within 14 calendar days of delivery:
Photos: at least 5 clear images (e.g., product-only shots, in-use shots, before/after or “routine” flat-lays).
Video: at least one 15–60 sec clip (e.g., unboxing, first impressions, routine, or brief testimonial).
Quality: decent lighting, no nudity, hate speech, illegal content, or third-party IP infringement.
Submission method: DM to @SendMeCosmetics on Instagram or post to your feed/story and tag @SendMeCosmetics with #SendMeCosmetics so we can verify.
Content License: By sending or posting content with our tags, you explicitly and implicitly grant Send Me Cosmetics a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, edit, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and create derivatives from your content across all media (paid/organic), including your name/handle, likeness, voice, and testimonials. You represent you own the content and have the right to grant this license.
This Offer may be set up in checkout as a $0 product cost subscription for Month 1 (you still pay shipping/tax/duties). If you choose to continue:
Month 2 and beyond: the same 8-item set bills at 50% off SRP each month until you cancel.
We’ll email before each renewal. You can cancel anytime in your account or by contacting us before your renewal is processed.
If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel before your Month-2 renewal and no further product charges will occur.
Promotional items are final sale (no returns or refunds).
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll do our best to help.
Once a carrier marks a package delivered, risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure a secure delivery address.
We may deny or revoke participation for: false information, multiple accounts, suspected resale, abuse, harassment, or violation of these Terms. We may cap, modify, pause, or end the Offer at any time.
We use words like support, assist, and aid on purpose. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Results vary. If you have sensitivities, patch-test first.
By applying, you consent to receive messages (email/SMS/WhatsApp) about your status, fulfillment, and reminders. Message/data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of marketing at any time (transactional messages for fulfillment may still be sent).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send Me Cosmetics (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Offer. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for shipping/fees for the promotional order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Send Me Cosmetics is registered and operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
